Chapel Weekend Producer Checklist

Country Gospel (Saturday - 5:30pm Service):

  1. Ensure all gear is powered on.

  2. Download commercial (if there is one) on Center Screen computer from Q-Drive.
    1. Q-Drive is a pinned app on the bottom dock.
      • File path: /Weekend Assets/{DATE}/In-Person Service/Videos
    2. Once the file has finished downloading, a software called Hazel that will automatically move the video file into the correct folder on the computer, then ProPresenter will automatically sync up with it.
  3. Ensure preshow slides are up to date, and announcement slides are added to Side Screen Computer.

  4. On Stream Deck, use the “Country Gospel - Saturday” automation page under “Weekend”
  5. When bumper test cue is available on Resi, test it with the Stream Deck Button to make sure all systems are listening to Stream Deck
  6. Load RESI Studio as a backup on Firefox on the Center Screen computer using the bookmark and saved login
